Sticky Icky (Not so Icky) Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-6 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup BBQ dry seasoning (brand of your choice)

  • Bagged Salad (Your choice)

  • Vegetable side dish (Your choice)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix the brown sugar and seasoning together

  3. Coat both sides of the chicken thighs and allow to sit at room temperature, while grill or oven is preheating

  4. Cook chicken until cooked through (165-175 degrees)

  5. Remove from grill or oven and allow to sit for a few minutes

  6. Prepare salad and vegetable side dish

  7. Enjoy!
