Steak Fajita Bowls

INGREDIENTS:

  • Leftover Steak

  • 1 jar of Chunky Salsa (your choice brand and heat)

  • Instant rice

  • Adobo seasoning

  • Chicken Broth

  • Tostitos Avocado Salsa

  • Toppings of your choice (black olives, tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc.)

  • 6 oz of cream cheese (softened)

  • Fresh cilantro (if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Dice up the steak into bite sized pieces

  2. Place steak in a pan with enough salsa to cover and cook until heated through

  3. In a microwavable bowl with a cover, place the instant rice, adobo seasoning (to taste) and chicken broth, cooking according to package directions

  4. Remove rice from microwave and stir in the cream cheese until fully blended, then add the chopped cilantro and stir again

  5. Prepare all the toppings in separate bowls so people can help themselves

  6. Enjoy!
