“So Gouda” Brisket Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits

  • 2 cups chopped leftover Beef Brisket

  • 16 slices of Gouda cheese

  • BBQ sauce or Creamy Horseradish sauce

  • Sides of your choice (fries, coleslaw, etc.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin

  3. Carefully open biscuit container so it doesn’t explode on you

  4. Place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup

  5. Place 1 piece of Gouda cheese on the bottom. Top with some of the brisket meat and then drizzle the sauce to your liking. Top with another slice of Gouda cheese.

  6. Bake per biscuit package directions

  7. Serve with side dishes

  8. Enjoy!
