Skirt Steak and Double Parmesan Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

  • One 2 to 2-1/2 lb Skirt Steak

  • 1/2 cup of Italian Dressing

  • 1 box Farfalle Noodles (Bow Tie)

  • 1/2 stick of butter

  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

  • Bagged salad (your choice)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place Skirt Steak into Ziplock Bag and cover with dressing for at least 1/2 hour, flipping periodically

  2. Bring water to boil in a pot and place pasta in pot, cooking per package directions

  3. Place Skirt Steak on to grill to desired temperature (Rare 125-130) (Medium 140-150) (Medium-Well 150-160)

  4. When finished cooking, place on a cutting board to rest before slicing (about 15 minutes)

  5. Place cooked pasta into a serving bowl, stir in chopped butter, stirring until melted

  6. Sprinkle shredded and grated Parmesan and stir again

  7. Prepare salad per package instructions

  8. Enjoy!
