Skirt Steak and Double Parmesan Noodles
INGREDIENTS:
One 2 to 2-1/2 lb Skirt Steak
1/2 cup of Italian Dressing
1 box Farfalle Noodles (Bow Tie)
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Bagged salad (your choice)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place Skirt Steak into Ziplock Bag and cover with dressing for at least 1/2 hour, flipping periodically
Bring water to boil in a pot and place pasta in pot, cooking per package directions
Place Skirt Steak on to grill to desired temperature (Rare 125-130) (Medium 140-150) (Medium-Well 150-160)
When finished cooking, place on a cutting board to rest before slicing (about 15 minutes)
Place cooked pasta into a serving bowl, stir in chopped butter, stirring until melted
Sprinkle shredded and grated Parmesan and stir again
Prepare salad per package instructions
