Sausage and Peppers Farfalle

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 links of Italian sausage

  • Olive Oil

  • Garlic Powder

  • 1 Red Pepper

  • 1 Yellow Pepper

  • 1/2 Large Onion

  • 1 Box of Farfalle Noodles

  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • Italian Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. On 1 baking sheet, place the Italian sausage, sprinkle with garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil

  3. On another baking sheet, place sliced pepper strips and onion slices, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning

  4. Place both baking sheet in oven for 25 minutes

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool just a little bit while cooking the noodles

  6. In a large pot, boil some salted water and cook pasta according to package directions

  7. Drain noodles and place into a bowl

  8. Slice the sausage into rounds about 1/4 inch thick

  9. Toss the sausage into bowl as well as the peppers and onions, adding the olive oil from bottom of the pans

  10. If needed, add a splash more olive oil to loosen everything up

  11. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese

  12. Serve with a side salad (your choice)
