Salsa Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 jar of salsa
Toppings (olives, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, cheese, etc.)
Tortillas (if desired)
Rice (if desired)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the chicken to a crockpot and cover it with the salsa
Stir the chicken and cover it
Cook the chicken on high for about 6 hours
Once done, shred the chicken with 2 forks
Prepare the toppings in separate bowls so people can build their own bowls or tacos
Serve with the rice if desired
