Salsa Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 jar of salsa

  • Toppings (olives, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, cheese, etc.)

  • Tortillas (if desired)

  • Rice (if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the chicken to a crockpot and cover it with the salsa

  2. Stir the chicken and cover it

  3. Cook the chicken on high for about 6 hours

  4. Once done, shred the chicken with 2 forks

  5. Prepare the toppings in separate bowls so people can build their own bowls or tacos

  6. Serve with the rice if desired

  7. Enjoy!
