Pork in Dijon Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 lbs of Pork cut into 1 inch chunks

  • 3 tbsp of butter

  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup of cream

  • 1 tsp of seasoning for pork

  • side dishes of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and add the pork, cooking until browned

  2. Add the chicken broth and simmer the pork in the broth for about 10 minutes until pork is cooked through

  3. Whisk in the Dijon mustard and add the pork seasoning

  4. Whisk in the cream and remove from heat before cream comes to boil

  5. Make your side dishes (salad and tater tots)

  6. Enjoy!
