Pizza Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-6 boneless pork chops

  • 1 small onion (diced)

  • 2 peppers (diced)

  • 1/2 cup black olives

  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (halved)

  • dried oregano

  • parmesan cheese

  • 1 large can 28 oz of crushed tomatoes

  • 1/2 6 oz can tomato paste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a pan, cook the diced onion and peppers in a little bit of olive oil until soft

  2. Into a crockpot, place the pork chops, topped with the tomatoes and tomato paste

  3. Add the peppers and onions, the black olives and the pepperoni to the mixture in crockpot.

  4. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and the dried oregano to taste

  5. Cook on high for about 5 hours

  6. Serve with your choice of pasta or rice and a side salad

  7. Enjoy!
