Mediterranean Pork Tenderloin and Potstickers

INGREDIENTS:

  • One 2 lb Pork Tenderloin

  • Mediterranean seasoning

  • Olive oil

  • 1 bag frozen potstickers

  • Frozen vegetables of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees

  2. Drizzle olive oil on pork and sprinkle on seasoning

  3. Place in a pan and cook on grill or oven for about 30 minutes until temperature reaches 140 degrees

  4. Boil a pot of water, add salt and cook the potstickers per package directions

  5. Cook the vegetables per package directions

  6. Set pork on cutting board to rest for a few minutes and cut for serving

  7. Enjoy!
