“Join the Club” Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 slices of good bread

  • 4 thick slices of deli turkey

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices of thick ham

  • 4 slices of mild white cheese (Havarti, Muenster or Swiss)

  • 6 slices of bacon (halved)

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sliced Tomato

  • Greens (Lettuces or Arugula)

  • Chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cook the bacon in oven on a baking rack on cookie sheet so it drains. Cook for about 20 minutes until crispy

  3. Toast the bread

  4. Put the Mayonnaise on all 3 slices of bread per person

  5. On 1 slice of bread, place the turkey and the cheddar cheese, topped with the bacon

  6. Add a slice of bread and place the arugula and the ham and the second piece of cheese

  7. Top with the final slice of bread and carefully cut it on the diagonal

  8. Serve with the chips

  9. Enjoy!
