Chili Corn Dog Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 package Corn Muffin Mix

• 1 egg

• 1 can creamed corn

• 1 can fiesta corn

• 1 small can chopped mild chiles

• 1 package turkey franks

• 1 large can baked beans

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix corn muffin mix, egg, the 2 cans of corn and the chiles

3. Place mixture in a greased 8 inch pan and bake according to package directions

4. Cut the turkey franks into 1/4 inch rounds

5. Add a tbsp of butter to a large frying pan and sauté the franks until browned

6. Add the beans to the franks and heat through

7. For each serving of corn bread, top with the beans and franks and cheese if desired

8. Enjoy!
