Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 32 oz container low salt chicken broth

  • 2 cups instant brown rice

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 2 packages frozen broccoli and cheese sauce

  • 1 can no salt added condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of chicken broth in microwavable bowl and cook according to package directions

  3. Cook broccoli and cheese sauce in microwave per package directions

  4. In a large bowl, place the chicken, the cooked broccoli and cheese, the cream of chicken soup and about a 1/2 cup of chicken broth

  5. Stir in rice to the mixture and place into a greased 13 X 9 pan

  6. Top with 1/4 cup of cheese

  7. Bake in oven for 20 minutes

  8. Feel free to add other vegetables into mixture or serve with side salad to get more vegetables into dish
