Chicken Bacon Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 box of pasta (cavatappi, farfalle, or your choice)

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 lb of bacon

  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese

  • 1 bottle of creamy dressing (garlic parmesan, creamy Ceasar, ranch or your choice)

  • Add any chopped veggies you may like

  • 1 bagged side salad

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta per package directions

  3. Chop the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces

  4. Cut up the bacon into bite sized pieces

  5. Cook the bacon in a sauté pan until cooked through

  6. Remove bacon, leaving the grease and add the chopped chicken to pan, stirring until fully cooked

  7. Using slotted spoon, remove the chicken and place into a big bowl with the bacon and any veggies you choose

  8. Add the pasta, stirring to combine it all and then stir in half the cheese and about 1/2 cup of dressing

  9. Place in a greased baking dish, top with a good squirt of dressing and the remaining cheese

  10. Bake for 25 minutes

  11. Enjoy with the side salad, per package instructions
